We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for refunds and returns.

1. No Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before purchasing.
  • All sales are final and are not eligible for a return or exchange, except as noted below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will only accept claims for missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us at in**@************om.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item so we can resolve the issue for you promptly.

3. Returns Process

  • For faulty or damaged goods, our returns team will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced.
  • The returned item must be in new and unused condition.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess the fault and reserve the right to repair or replace it.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage costs must be paid by the customer.

5. Lost or Returned Parcels

  • If you believe your parcel is lost in transit, please contact the courier company directly to initiate an investigation. We do not replace or refund parcels lost in transit.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, we will contact you via email and offer the following options:
    • Resend the parcel: Additional shipping fees will apply.
    • Issue a refund: A refund will be provided for the item cost, excluding the original shipping fee.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
